Missing Woman From Newton County

Sheriff Billy Rowles confirms that a woman from Old Salem is missing and her car was found burned off of County Road 588 in the Call Community.

At press time a body was found in the Sabine River in the Burr’s Ferry area. The investigation is ongoing.
