Bus Wreck on Loop 505 North

On Friday afternoon, a Newton Independent School District bus was stopped and unloading students on Loop 505 North in Newton.  According to Police Chief, Will Jackson, a Ford Ranger came up over the hill and was unable to stop.  The Ford Ranger hit the rear of the bus.  The Ranger was driven by Max Dennard of Newton.  No students were injured in the accident and no citations were given.
