Madelyn Foster Wins Teen Miss Southeast Texas Title

Madelyn Foster has brought another pageant title home to Newton. Of eleven beautiful contestants, she was named 2022 Teen Miss Southeast Texas on Saturday, July 9, at the prestigious Julie Rogers Theater in Beaumont. In addition to receiving the crown, she was voted Miss Congeniality.
